At Addison Ross, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase; therefore, we offer a 28-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or bespoke items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Addison Ross gift boxes and protective shipping cartons to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
